Modernizing legacy enterprise systems for primary ticketing

Enterprise ticketing systems shouldn't feel like they're from the 90s

SeatGeek's primary ticketing platform served thousands of venues and event organizers, but its legacy interface created friction at every step. Box office staff struggled with outdated workflows, venue managers couldn't access critical data quickly, and the system's complexity required extensive training for new users.

Our challenge was to modernize a mission-critical enterprise system while maintaining backwards compatibility, ensuring zero downtime, and dramatically improving the user experience for diverse stakeholders across the ticketing ecosystem.
